The winter protection detail is a complete exterior detail for the vehicle but with all the protection added to all surfaces to give as much protection against all the harshness’s of the winter months including road salt, snow and wet and icy conditions.
- Wheels cleaned using various dedicated wheel brushes, mitts and cleaning gels.
- Tyre walls cleaned with a dedicated tyre brush to remove any ingrained road grime and dirt in the tyre walls.
- Wheel arches flushed and cleaned.
- Exhaust tips cleaned.
- Door shuts and sills flushed and cleaned using an all purpose cleaner and various brushes.
- Bodywork washed using snow foam, hand washed using the two bucket method (including grit guards)using premium high lubricity shampoo and a Gtechniq microfibre wash mitt.
- A soft detailing brush and all purpose cleaner are used to clean the grilles, badges, filler cap area and window sills etc.
- Two stage chemical decontamination process to remove iron fallout/ferrous contaminants and tar deposits.
- AUTOBRITE Supersonic Nano hybrid Si02 paint coating applied to all paintwork. (SuperSonic is a water based, cross-linking, Si02 based, Nano-hybrid sealant that protects against UV, bird lime, heat and oxidization, lasting for a minimum of 12 months. The Nano Hybrid film bonds to the paintwork for extensive hydrophobicity & protects against surface contamination.
- Bodywork dried using dedicated plush microfibre drying towels.
- Wheels faces protected with a dedicated wheel sealant to see the vehicle through the winter period.
- Wheels dried and tyres dressed.
- Exterior glass cleaned using a dedicated glass cleaner.
- Glass Sealant applied to all exterior glass surfaces to give protection from the weather elements for up to 6 months.
- All exterior plastic trims protected with a dedicated trim coating giving protection for up to 9 months.
- Exhaust tips polished and ceramic coated to protect against harsh road salts.
- Windscreen washer fluid topped up ready to see your vehicle through the extreme winter months.
